Excel as You: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Excel as You. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your access to and use of our services. By engaging with Excel as You, you agree to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Services

  • Excel as You provides personalised coaching programs for young people. Services are offered to schools, parents, and private clients based on agreed plans.

  • Services include structured one-on-one sessions, regular updates, and tailored coaching programs.

​

3. Booking and Payments

  • All services must be booked in advance.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. For private clients, payment is required upfront for blocks of 10 sessions.

  • For schools, invoicing terms are agreed upon contractually.

  • Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Private Clients: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Schools: Cancellations of scheduled programs require at least two weeks’ notice to avoid charges.

  • Refunds for unused sessions are at the discretion of Excel as You and must be requested in writing.

5. Responsibilities

  • For Schools and Parents: It is your responsibility to ensure the young person attends scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled without prior notice.

  • For Excel as You: We will provide services professionally, maintain confidentiality, and support the goals agreed upon in coaching plans.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Personal information collected during consultations or sessions will be used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services.

  • Data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Information may be shared with schools or parents as part of regular progress updates, with prior consent.

7. Limitations of Service

  • Coaching is not therapy or counselling. Any concerns outside the scope of coaching will be referred to the appropriate professional services.

  • Results may vary. Excel as You does not guarantee specific outcomes, although we strive to achieve measurable progress for all clients.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Excel as You, including session materials, strategies, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Excel as You and may not be shared or reproduced without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these T&Cs should be addressed promptly by contacting Excel as You at info@excelasyou.com.

  • We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Excel as You reserves the right to update or amend these T&Cs at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients and published on our website.
